G189 Mine Site Safety Supervisor
Under Queensland legislation, the roles of Site Supervisors and Site Safety Health Representatives (SSHR) are statutory positions. To meet the requirements set by the Mining Safety and Health Advisory Committee, individuals in these roles must complete three specific units of competency (S123/G189).
G1 – RIIRIS301E – Apply Risk Management Processes
G8 – RIIWHS301E – Conduct safety and Health Investigations
G9 – RIICOM301E – Communicate Information
